The company has since required the club back in March of 2010 have once again becoming run down, the company intends a far greater redevelopment of the club which will form part of the companies’ long term investment portfolio.

The Club and business, had been in existence since 1967 and although it was making a marginal profit was in poor condition throughout, offering a challenging and potentially rewarding opportunity.
Over a three year period the building and business underwent substantial refurbishment and extension along with securing valuable planning gains.
